Brow Lounge is a niche salon that specializes in eyebrow grooming. Established only in 2012, Brow Lounge quickly expanded to over 25 branches across Metro Manila and key provinces in the Philippines, even with very little promotions and marketing.
But just as any brick and mortar business desires to maximize their reach and engage with their internet-savvy target market, Brow Lounge thought it’s time to be more strategic with their online presence.
Made with Purpose
For over a year we worked on creating a consistent social media strategy and content plan for Brow Lounge. But so much has changed with social media in just a year, and even as Brow Lounge grew their Instagram and Facebook following, social media trends and algorithm continuously shifted too. Brow Lounge quickly realized that building their presence on social media alone is not enough and does not really serve their business goals in an efficient and long-term way. And so they finally decided to invest in a website.
The result is a comprehensive and mobile responsive site that has everything a potential customer normally asks, from service info, pricing, locations, contact numbers, and other FAQs. The design is fresh, modern, and minimalist—consistent with the interiors in Brow Lounge branches, creating a seamless online-to-offline brand experience.
